How do I request a video production project?

Use the enquiry form on this page or get in touch directly. We’ll ask about the type of content you need, where it will be used, and any specific requirements. From there, we’ll recommend an approach and provide clear pricing.

Do I need to have a detailed brief before getting in touch?

Not at all. Some clients come to us with a detailed plan, while others have a general idea and need help shaping it. We’re happy to work with you at whatever stage you’re at.

Can you film on location as well as in the studio?

Yes. Many projects combine studio and location filming. We plan the logistics and setup for both environments, so the production runs smoothly wherever we’re filming.

What do I receive at the end of the project?

You’ll receive finished, professionally edited films delivered in both broadcast-quality and web-optimised formats. We don’t supply raw footage as standard — the focus is on delivering content that’s ready to use.

How long does a typical project take from start to finish?

Timelines depend on the scope. A short-form video can be turned around in a few days, while a larger brand film project may take two to three weeks from planning to final delivery. We’ll confirm the timeline as part of the project planning.

Can video production be combined with photography or podcast recording?

Yes, and this often works well. Combining services into a planned session makes efficient use of time and keeps your content consistent. We’ll help plan the session to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Is drone footage available?

Yes. Drone videography is available as an add-on to any production. All drone work is carried out by a CAA-compliant operator and is planned around the project and weather conditions.

How many revision rounds are included?

Most projects include two revision rounds as standard. Additional rounds can be arranged if needed and are confirmed as part of the project scope.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes. Free parking is available at Coppice Car Park, Market Place, a short walk from the studio, as well as free on-street parking nearby.

What about disabled access?

The studio space is upstairs, and due to the age of the historic building, there aren't any lift facilities, so anyone using the studio will need to be comfortable using stairs.
