What do I leave with after a session?

You can leave with your raw audio and video files on the day, or choose an editing package and receive finished, ready-to-publish content.

Can I bring guests with me?

Yes. The studio can accommodate different setups, including conversations with multiple guests.

How many people can record at once?

We can comfortably record up to four people at a table, or smaller groups in a lounge-style setup.

Can you help with editing and publishing?

Yes. We offer a range of editing options, from simple file preparation to fully polished episodes. We are also happy to advise on formats and publishing.

What should I bring to my session?

Just yourself and any notes you'd like to reference. We'll take care of microphones, cameras and lighting.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. If you need to change your session, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Where is the studio located?

We are located at The Studio, 1A Cheapside, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1FY — close to the main A6 with excellent bus and train links from Derby, Nottingham, Matlock and beyond.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes. Free parking is available at Coppice Car Park on Market Place, a short walk from the studio, as well as free on-street parking nearby.

Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

The studio space is upstairs. Due to the age of the historic building, there are no lift facilities, so guests will need to be comfortable using stairs.
